Mrs starkers is unable to respond at this time as she has no credit on her mobile internet and has no current access to a connected PC but she asked me to thank everyone involved for her promotion on her behalf.  

So thank you, I know that she appreciates it a lot.

...and I bet she has her hands full with baby Deakin.... 

Yup... and he has a good set of lung on him.  While we were on the phone last night I could hear Deacon in the background having a grizzle over having to have a bath.  It seems he prefers to have a shower with mum instead.

And clucky, Shaunna is sounding more and more like a chook every time she tells me something about him... as to be expected.  The thing is, she's having fun and spending some quality time with them all.  Things were a bit tight financially, as it is for many these days, but I'm so glad that we scrimped, saved and did without a few odds and ends so that she could make the trip down there... just hearing the happiness in Shaunna's voice makes it all ever so worth it.
