Today, it's New Order, Astral Projection and Spiderbait.
Tomorrow I'm back at work so I'll need something hard and driving to get me through the endless hours of coding, probably Husker Du, Butthole Surfers, Tool...

"Comfortably Numb"...and the rest of The Wall.

Unfortunately...at 1:30 am, I can't play it at the level I'd like to.

No Doubt - Don't Speak

Well, this morning I decided I wanted to listen to Stevie Ray's cover of Hendrix's "Little Wing". I still can't believe how incredibly spectacular Stevie plays that guitar. The only guitarist that I know of who is/was a little bit better was a jazz guitarist named Lenny Breau. I have a number of recording by him as well.

For those that don't know, Lenny Breau was perhaps the only guitarist that most other guitarists would go to see perform. He was the guitarist's guitarist.

Ah yes, Aaron Thibeault "T-Bone" Walker. Another great one. An innovator in blues and jazz guitar. I definately would put him up their with Breau and Vaughn.

C242: Yep I've got Semantic Spaces. I've also many the FrontLine Assembly CDs as well. I listen to them frequently. BTW, Rhys Filbur (ex Frontline Assembly and Delerium) has a new Delerium-like group/album under the moniker: Conjure One.
