Without consent,your work should never be used by anybody.

If you don't take the time to register your copyright,you will find it difficult to enforce your rights.

Sorry Po' and all others that worked on the original ....I never saw it. It was me who released the one Po' linked above ...I had no idea it was someone elses.

i don't understand you put your walls here for free to show off, if its good most likely someone will use it somewhere else and it will spread across the Internet that's a good thing ain't it and if you have your name on it and they leave it on how is that stealing,graffics cards get better and screen sizes will grow making yesterdays walls disappear forever only the best walls will last forever you should be proud your wall has made its way on the net and a hundred years from now maybe your grand children kids will be looking at something you did, and maybe at some point in your life you could make some good money at what you like to do and maybe it all started rite here. my walls ain't that good and probably never make it on any other site but if someone wants them have at it and if any will ever be worth putting my name on it and it spreads i will feel good about it, my brother was an artist and he did not want anyone to steel his work and now he has past away and now no one will ever know what a great artist he was,hope this helps eddyhaze.

eddyhaze ....some sites actually take your walls/work without your knowledge and redistribute them....totally outside any consent of yours...and outside your control.

That is called copyright theft.

If you don't even know of the existence of this unlawful [not consented] distribution you have absolutely no say on how it is done or handled...or in what circumstances.

Usually at this time I give an EXTREME example....thus....

You upload a really good pic of your daughter or neice....you drew it yourself...and are really proud of the artwork...depicting a lovely 10 year old enjoying life.

Some bottom-feeder takes it and uploads it to a rock-spider site [look it up] ....and lovingly includes your name....

Good luck explaining that to the FBI [or its equivalent]
